2. Grievance Redressal Timeline (Statutory SLA)

Every grievance received by the Grievance Officer will be handled strictly according to the statutory deadlines established by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY):

Within 24 HoursIssuance of an official ticket acknowledgment containing a unique tracking identifier.
Within 15 DaysSubstantive investigation, remedial action, and final written resolution communicating the findings.

3. Appellate Redressal: Grievance Appellate Committee (GAC)

If a complainant is aggrieved by any decision of the Grievance Officer, or if no decision is received within the statutory timeframe of 15 days, they hold the right to appeal before the Grievance Appellate Committee (GAC) established by the Central Government of India under Rule 3A of the IT Rules 2021 via gac.gov.in.
