Terms of Service

1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Cyberzura Mail (“Service”), operated in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, specifically the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).

By creating an account, registering a mailbox address (@cyberzura.app), or routing business domain email through Cyberzura infrastructure, you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Permissible Use & Prohibited Activities

You agree to use Cyberzura Mail solely for lawful communications. As an intermediary under Indian law, Cyberzura strictly prohibits the transmission of:

• Unsolicited commercial electronic messages (Spam) or mass bulk marketing in violation of TRAI / MEITY directives.
• Phishing campaigns, malware distribution, ransomware, or spoofed SMTP headers.
• Content that violates the sovereignty, integrity, defense, security of the State, or public order under Section 69A of the IT Act.
• Defamatory, obscene, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or invasive of another's bodily privacy.

3. User Authentication & Anti-Abuse Safeguards

To protect server reputation and legitimate users without charging SMS mobile carrier fees, Cyberzura utilizes FIDO2 WebAuthn Biometric Passkeys (Fingerprint, Touch ID, Face ID, Windows Hello) and cryptographically validated backup email confirmation. Accounts generated via automated scripts, bot farms, or compromised tokens are subject to immediate suspension.

4. Bring Your Own Storage (BYOS) & Google Drive

For business workspaces utilizing Google Drive or S3 Bring-Your-Own-Storage (BYOS), your attachments and archives remain stored in your personal or enterprise cloud container. Cyberzura holds zero proprietary claim over your stored documents, attachments, or intellectual property.

5. Termination & Mailbox Export

You have the permanent right to export your mailbox contents using standard RFC 8620 JMAP or IMAP protocol at any time. Cyberzura reserves the right to terminate accounts actively engaged in distributed denial of service (DDoS) or outbound phishing attacks.

6. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be construed in accordance with the substantive laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Malerkotla, Punjab, India.
